Filing Your Workers' Compensation Appeal

If a workers' compensation judge has ruled against you, this does not have to be the end of the road. You may still be entitled to benefits. Our skilled lawyers can guide you through the appeals process to get the results you need and deserve.

Located in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, we represent injured workers and their families throughout Schuylkill County and the surrounding areas. We have practiced workers' compensation law for decades and partner attorney Rob Frantz is a *Certified Workers' Compensation Specialist. Call us today to talk to a lawyer about your case for free: 570-391-0199.

While litigating workers' compensation cases is expensive, we cover all of these costs for our clients. We will not charge you a penny unless we win your case — and we will never ask you to pay us back for litigation costs.

The Workers' Compensation Appeals Process

The first step in the appeals process is to file your appeal with the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Appeal Board within 20 days of the original written decision.

If the appeals board agrees with the original decision, you still have options.

We can take your case to the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court for further review, aiming to prove those deciding your case at the lower levels made a mistake. While most cases end with the Commonwealth Court's decision, cases can go even further to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

We have successfully guided clients through the appeals process many times, and we can help you, too.
